Displaying pipes in cafes or restaurants creates an urban edgy look. This look had become much more popular recently in new London cafes and restaurants. The colour chosen fit perfectly with the grey walls as they are not too vibrant but don't blend in as much as if they were grey, letting people appreciate the fact that the owner has left them on display.
