Seriously why haven't I found this yet! This idea is so creative and fun i can't help but to go rummage in the garage for old bike parts. This especially excites me as i have a real fetish and love for cycling and without someone telling me to stop I would put these in every room in the House.
Welcome to my blog about all things interior and art. Well that about sums it up, so enjoy! (All images that are not mine have a link to their source) If you are looking for more check out my pinterest at 'Izzy jenkins'.

Plant fish bowl
This is so original and unique! It creates the plant a world of its own letting you see the roots and the morphed area behind it. This is one of the main new features going into my house to make it feel bright and fresh.

Flower waterfall
Another simple DIY if you're a flower lover. This is very easy as all you need is three things: string, a hook and obviously flowers! Tie the string around the neck of the vase and join the vases together. Make sure your vases have a thin neck and a wide opening to avoid the string coming off, also pick small vases as once you have added water they will be much heavier. Finally attach them to your hook and voila a flower waterfall. To change it up you can use coloured vases or a different type of string to add colour.

That Book shelf
This house has no fears and mixes clean white glossy finishes with old sanded down paint and for this reason i love it. not only is the book shelf below awesome but there are so many random pops of colour like in the green in the dinning room and yellow in the living room.

Clean and bright
This house knows how to have character and little hidden surprises in the detail. What caught my eye is the abstract artwork that has been scattered allover the house, it gives the rooms a contemporary feel adding colour and imagination, letting you decipher the artwork. Also the bright patterned flooring which changes in nearly every room., my favourite being in the second to last photo where diamond have been shaped into the floor.

Natural
The thing that caught my eye the most has to be the tree branch hanger. It's so odd and random but fits perfectly with the theme exaggerating the natural look throughout the house.

Tiled hallway
I just adore the tiled hallway, it adds an extra punch to the plain white walls and brings out the character in the odd and quirky objects dotted around.
